Things I Can't Live With Out! 2012

As I crazily decided to put Heidi and Audrey in my jogging stroller and run Heidi to preschool, I had an epiphany on the way home. I realized how grateful I am to have an amazing stroller that makes it easy for me to run and exercise with my kids. Since I have them 98% of my every day, my stroller has become such a blessing, and a well used accessory. So I contemplated on all the things I could not live with out in my life right now.

Here are a few of the things I can't live with out, (not in any specific order) 2012:

My jogging stroller

Fruits and Veggies

The DVD player in my car

The Gospel of Jesus Christ, Repentance and The Plan of Happiness

Gratitude and People with gratitude

My Family, who I live far away from as it is...

My husband

Sleeping kids

How about you?

Havasu Falls, Boy Scout Hike and Camping 4/3-4/7/12

Ryan's new calling in our ward is Young Men's Second Councilor. So his fist big adventure with the YM was the Boy Scout Hike and camp to Havasu Falls. A whole week... Same week as our girls sprig break. So Ryan spent the week hiking and camping with a bunch of boys and leaders, while the girls and I spent most of the week at the beach. He didn't feel left out though. He had spent weeks preparing his back pack with every needed supply for this adventure. Hopefully I'll find more camping pictures to add to this at a later time. Enjoy the view...

Easter 2012

This is a little late, but we had a rushed Easter Saturday and Sunday. Ryan had been out of town with the boy scouts, as you'll see in the next post, but returned late friday night. The girls and I had been staying in San Clemente, so we drove home friday night, went to the annual Arcadia Ward Easter Breakfast and Egg Hunt, then we all went back to the beach.

Sunday morning we went to the San Clemente Ward. Let's just say that our ward is tiny compared to this ward. We sat in the second overflow. Our ward building only has a cultural hall as the overflow, let alone 2, then a huge cultural hall. But it was a unique experience for us. The Easter Messages were inspiring. And all three girls made it through with only a few quarrels. Not perfectly reverent yet, but we're working on it. (It may never happen since they are still children, but I pray for it.)

This is what happens when you make Audrey stay still, then take out her binky to get a picture of all three girls.
When we got back to the condo, the girls were watching a show while Audrey napped. the reflection of the sun through the windows made their eyes so blue against the white and pink dresses. I had to take a picture!

Bubble Bath!

Has this ever happened to you? I walked away and came back in to this?

Audrey felt very left out, as you can tell. I quickly removed her from the room, reprimanded my two older daughters, then gave them the towels to clean the mess up and walked away! They have done this in the past and knew the repercussions of their mothers wrath for making such a huge bubbly mess. Let's just say that I told them they could never have a bath in my tub again cause they didn't clean it up the last time this happened. So when they begged and begged and begged to go in my bath again, I gave them strict instructions. And they followed. They knew to clean it up till there were no bubbles on the wall, the door, the floor and inside the tub. I was proud of them!

I love Spring!

Spring time means a garden is growing, the sun is shining longer, and summer is coming, soon! How can you not love it? Well, I guess if you live in Alaska or the North Pole, it wouldn't be as exciting. But since I have the fortune to live in California, the "Sunshine State," I soak it all in.
