Before we drove all the way to San Clemente, we made a stop to see our cousins, the Buhrleys who were staying in Brea. Now that they live in Idaho, we rarely see them. Naomi and Eliza were so excited to see each other. Porter and Heidi ran straight to the back yard, and Lily and Audrey snuggled and watched videos on an iPhone. We didn't' stay long, but it was fun to catch up.
This is usually a "Hallelujah" sight, but not when you are getting to the store and she won't fall back to sleep later in a bed. When we arrived in San Clemente, I decided to stop at Target first and she was not so happy about it. First we pulled into the Rec center and park to check out the open swim time...
Once we arrived at the condo and all the kids along with Barbara and Caroline, we headed to the beach. Oh, to have the simple freedom as a child on the beach.

After swimming in the water for hours, Naomi knocked out cold on a towel.
