Playing around on the steps at the Long Beach Preforming Arts Center while they wait their turn to perform "A Star is Born."
Rehearsing before they go on. It was hard to catch them with all the movement, cartwheel, front walkovers, and shimmying. They did an awesome job, but didn't even place this competition. We were all very confused cause this dance has always placed in the past, but oh well. They had fun performing.
Naomi learned a new dance because one girl, Kailie, couldn't be at this competition due to her first communion. So Naomi stepped in and did an awesome job, I was worried she was going to be terribly nervous, but she said the dance was easy and seemed more excited to do another dance. She even asked after if she could do more dances next year. Ugh, that is if I let her do this next year!!
After the performance... They did awesome!
