Christmas 2011

Waking up and having to wait till mom and dad were ready to take the pictures of the girlies seeing their gifts for the first time.

Naomi wanted this hat soooo bad from her school gift shop. I snagged it when she wasn't looking and gave it to the moms helping at the cash register. When she came back, I told her another student took it and said she was going to give it to her sister. Naomi was so distraught cause it was the last hat and she took me to the holiday gift shop to show me just this. So I was able to snag it and give it to her for Christmas. She will look back and be embarrassed at how silly this looks, but for now, mom scored.

Nanna and Pappy gave Naomi a 3DS. It came with Super Mario Brothers game that they are so enthralled with and can't put down.

Heidi asked Santa for the 2011 American doll of the year, Kanani. She is in love with her.

Audrey didn't get anything from Santa. She didn't send him a letter!!! Or that's what we told inquisitive minds that wondered where her gifts were. Mom and Dad gave her a few little toys, but she had more fun playing with all the discarded wrapping paper and ribbons than any toy in a box. Oh to have a simple desire for so little in life.
